We are currently looking for a Finance Coordinator for Europe to join our team in the Czech Republic.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Follow the internal financial risk management and control procedures and guidelines of Headquarter Finance Dept.
  • Coordinate the internal financial control of EMEA subsidiaries in CZ, PL, HU, SK, DE, RU, UK, and ZA
  • Responsibility for the overall budget management and fund management of EMEA subsidiaries
  • Supervision, and coordinate accounting and tax statements in accordance with the law within the entire group, and also meet the requirements from headquarters finance synergy 
  • Coordinate the internal business transaction in accounting based on tax optimization of the entire group
  • Supervision of the processing of daily payments, monitoring accounts receivable
  • Ability to analyze financial data for management purposes
  • Communicating with various departments, understanding their needs and providing timely support
  • Participate in special projects such as Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and grant proposals


  • High school diploma or above, major in finance or accounting
  • Advanced knowledge in business English and Czech
  • At least 5 years of accounting and finance experience
  • Experience in handling full sets of accounting across Europe
  • Advanced knowledge of taxation
  • Ability to work independently
  • Being detail-oriented and a team player is a must.
  • Proactive with excellent organizational and communication skills
  • The ability to multi-task with interruptions in a dynamic environment.
  • Advanced computer skills especially Microsoft Office, Google workspace and accounting software
  • Willingness to learn overseas tax law and relevant company ordinance
